Therefore, He Sought Through Various Legislations To Adopt A Number Of Legal Texts To Protect Him, Which Varied Between Substantive, Financial And Other Judicial Mechanisms; The Objective Mechanisms Are Aimed At Protecting The Foreign Investor From The Political And Non-Commercial Risks And Unilateral Measures That May Face Him. The Finance Is To Protect The Capital Of Foreign Investment, Guarantee Its Transfer And The Proceeds Obtained By Profitability, And The Judicial Protection Through Which The Legislator Aims To Provide Frameworks For Resolving Disputes That May Arise, By Ensuring The Jurisdiction Of The National Judiciary For Investment Disputes As Well As For Arbitration.
