Abstract

ملخص:

         تهدف الدراسة إلى إيجاد أثر لبناء رأس المال المعرفي من خلال إستقطاب و تنشيط و المحافظة على رأس المال البشري، ودور مكوناته (الهيكلية، الإبداعية، العلاقاتية، الإبتكارية) من تطوير البحث والتطوير لتحقيق الإبتكار العلمي بالمدرسة العليا للإعلام الآلي بسيدي بلعباس.الدراسة الإحصائية بنيت على عينة متكونة من 64 مفردة من المنتمين لمخابر البحث بالمدرسة، باستخدام الإستبيان تم التحصل على بيانات قابلة للتحليل ببرنامج  pls3 وبعد القيام بعدة إحصائيات لتحليل الفرضيات، تم بناء نموذج هيكلي يعكس جودة وإيجابية العلاقة بين بناء رأس المال البشري والإستعانة بالعناصر الأخرى المكونة لرأس المال المعرفي تمكن من تعزيز البحث والتطوير وتحقق الإبتكار العلمي.

Abstract:

The study aims to create an impact for building knowledge capital through attracting, stimulating and preserving human capital, and the role of its components (structural, creative, relationships, innovation) from the development of research and development to achieve scientific innovation at the Higher School of computing in Sidi BelAbbas. The statistical study was based on a sample of 64 individual members of the school's research laboratories, using the questionnaire, which obtained analyzable data from pls3 and after several hypotheses, a structural model was built reflecting the quality and positive relationship between human capital construction and the use of other components of knowledge capital that enabled research and development and scientific innovation.
