Abstract

ملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أثر الاستثمار السياحي على النمو الاقتصادي خارج قطاع المحروقات في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1996 -2018، من خلال دراسة قياسية لبيانات سنوية باستخدام نموذج تصحيح الخطأ، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة توازنية بين متغيري الدراسة في المدى الطويل، كما تبين من خلال تقدير نموذج تصحيح الخطأ وجود علاقة طردية بين الاستثمار السياحي والنمو الاقتصادي خارج قطاع المحروقات في المدى القصير، وأن الانحراف الفعلي عن التوازن بين المتغيرين يصحح بمقدار 72 % خلال مدة تقارب التسعة أشهر، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تشجيع القطاع الخاص المحلي والأجنبي على الاستثمار في القطاع السياحي من خلال منحه الامتيازات المحفزة على ذلك.

Abstract:

This study aims to clarify the impact of tourism investment on economic growth outside the hydrocarbon sector in Algeria during the period 1996-2018, through an econometric study of annual data, The study found a long-term equilibrium relationship between the study variables, It was also evident through the estimation of the error correction model that there is a positive relationship between them in the short term, and that the actual deviation from the balance between is corrected by 72% during a period of approximately nine months. The study recommended the necessity of encouraging the local and foreign private sector to invest in the tourism sector by giving it the incentives for this.
