Abstract

This Research Paper Aimed To Review The International Criminal Protection Measures For A Base International Convention Its Basis By The The Right Of Humanitarian Aid,  Principle Problematic About  Type Of The Crime In The Search And Methods Of  International Criminal Protection Prescribed To Her.

It Is Determined By The Importance Of This Search It’s Protect The International Agreement Rule Humanity Its Foundation Is The Right To Life, In Order To Enrich The Subject With All His Details, We Used Descriptive And Analytical Method Respectively And We Came Up That The Assault On The Right To Humanitarian Aid In All Cases Make One Of Crimes Mentioned In Articles 5 And 8 Repeater Of The Statute Of International Criminal Court Must To Prosecution And Punishment.
