Abstract

Administrative control is an aspect of public authority and an essential function of the public administration represented by the executive authority of the state, whereby the latter exercises its sovereignty in order to regulate the activity and freedom of individuals and put some necessary restrictions on it in order to protect the public order with its three elements: public security, public peace, and public health.

          This topic deals with the analysis important aspects of administrative control, which is characterized by its preventive nature, as it deals with the concept of administrative control, and its objectives aimed at preserving public order, as well as its sections represented in general administrative control and special administrative control and its means embodied in the control regulations, individual administrative decisions, and direct compulsory execution, The analysis deals with the applications of administrative control in the field of prevention of the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid 19) epidemic that threatens public health and the general order of society.
