Abstract

This article proposes to highlight the constitutive, justifying and explanatory elements of the triad '' Local Governance, Attractiveness and Territorial Competitiveness '', a relationship sometimes made of causality and sometimes of interdependence ... Indeed, the effectiveness of the system local governance is a determining factor in the attractiveness of a given territory, on the one hand, and on the other hand, this attractiveness is a criterion of territorial competitiveness. As a result, a system of local governance is a determinant of territorial competitiveness. The methodological approach adopted to analyze this relationship consisted initially in a conceptual analysis of each element of the study, and in a second step, we tried to explain the link between these three concepts in relation to the territory, and in a third time we tried to transpose the problematic of this triad on the case of Algeria. KEYWORDS- local governance, territorial attractiveness, territorial competitiveness, stakeholders, the case of Algeria.
