الملخص

This Study Aims To Identify The Determinants Of Functional Combustion (Emotional Stress, Dullness Of Feelings And Lack Of Achievement) And Its Relationship To The Performance Of Teaching Staff Members At The Faculty Of Humanities And Social Sciences At Chlef University, To Achieve The Purposes Of The Study, The Researchers Designed A Questionnaire Consisting Of Three Parts, The First Part Related To Personal Data, And The Second Part Included A Set Of Questions About The Determinants Of Functional Combustion, While The Third And Final Part Addressed A Number Of Questions To Determine The Performance Of The Researchers, It Was Distributed To A Sample Of 50 Members, 44 Questionnaires Were Recovered, 43 Of Which Were Suitable For Statistical Processing, And For Analysis Of The Results, Statistical Analysis Of The Data Was Based On The Statistical Programme SPSS. One Of The Most Important Results Of The Analysis Is The Existence Of A Relationship And A Significant Moral Impact Between The Sense Of Functional Combustion And Both Teaching And Research Performance, While There Is No Relationship Between Functional Combustion And The Service Of The University Professor To His Community.
