تقدير الخصائص السيكومترية وفق نموذج (راش) لاختبار التفكير المنطقيّ المطبق على الإطارات الجزائرية

Abstract

ملخص:

استهدفت الدّراسة تقدير الثبات والصدق وفق نموذج (راش) لاختبار التفكير المنطقيّ 2000D،لتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمنا هذا الاختبار المكون من (40 فقرة). وقد تمّ تطبيقه على عينة من الإطارات الجزائرية بلغ عددها (388 إطارًا) بمؤسسة سوناطراك (التمييع LQS) في مدة ستة(06)أشهر. من أجل التأكد من شروط وافتراضات استخدام نموذج (راش)كأحد نماذج نظرية الاستجابة للمفردة، الملائمة للاختبار المستخدم، بالاعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائي (Winsteps). أشارت النتائج إلى مطابقة بيانات فقرات الاختبار لافتراضات نموذج (راش)، أحادي البعد؛ كما تمتع الاختبار بصورته النهائية من (40 فقرة) بخصائص سيكومترية جيدة، إذ قدرت قيمة معامل الثبات لمفردات الاختبار(0.90)، وقدر معامل الثبات للأفراد (0.81)، كما تمتع الاختبار بدلالات متعددة للصدق الجيد.

Abstract:

The study aimed to estimate psychometric properties according to the Rasch model of test Domino logical thinking version D2000. The test contains (40) items. The sample consists of (388) medium level employee in SONATRACH(LQS). Test reliability and validity were assessed using Rasch model with Winsteps. Results showed that the assumption of unidimentionality was satisfied, and the items score fit well the Rasch model. The reliability index and the separation coefficient were acceplable. And the analysis of Wright map indicates that the test possesses a fair level of validity.
