دراسة ميدانية تحليلية لبيانات المدونة الإحصائية الخاصة بمنظمات المجتمع المدني و قطاع النشاط الاجتماعي لولاية سطيف

Abstract

الملخــص:

حاولت الدراسة أن تحيط بمدى الشمول والتغطية العددية والجغرافية لكل من نشاط قطاع الشؤون الاجتماعية التابع للدولة ونشاط المجتمع المدني باعتباره عملا تطوعيا حرا،والذي يحظى بأهمية بالغة في خدمة الإنسانية ودعم الروابط بين أفراد المجتمع ومؤسساته. ولقياس الجهود المبذولة ونجاعتها يعتمد على طرح التساؤل مامدى شمول وتغطية قطاع الشؤون الاجتماعية ونشاط المجتمع المدني، سواء التغطية المجالية أوالتغطية الفعلية؟

وقد تم اختيار ولاية سطيف كنموذج ممثل عن باقي ولايات الجزائر، وذلك عن طريق تحليل سجلات المدونة الإحصائية لولاية سطيف، التي بينت تطور وزيادة في منظمات المجتمع المدني مع اختلاف توزيعها باختلاف المجالات و القطاعات .

Abstract :

The study attempted to address the comprehensiveness and numerical and geographical coverage of both the activity of the State’s Social Affairs Sector and the activity of civil society as a voluntary and free act, which is critical in serving humanity and strengthening theties between members of society and its institutions.To measure the effectiveness of the efforts that have been made, we asked the following question: how comprehensive and inclusive is the social affairs sector and civil society activity, whether spatial coverage or real coverage?The state of Setif was chosen as a representative model for the rest of Algerian states by analyzing the records of the Setif State Statistical Code, which showed a development and an increase in civil society organizations with different distribution in different areas and sectors.
