Measure the impact of the elements of the work environment and their relationship to the administrative creativity of employees "Case Study of Employees at the Regional Directorate of Treasury of Oran"
Abstract
This study aimed to identify the measurement of the impact of the elements of the work environment and its relationship to the administrative creativity of employees, and the study community may consist of all employees of the Regional Directorate of the Treasury in Oran.
The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, where the randomized study sample consisted of (118) individuals. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire according to the theoretical framework, and its validity was verified through a committee of specialized arbitrators, and its validity was also verified by examining the internal consistency of the instrument’s paragraphs. This study finally reached several results, the most prominent of which is the relationship between the presence of elements of the work environment and administrative creativity.
The study also concluded that the wing of stabilizing the work environment makes workers create administrative creativity.
