Abstract

 Tourist demand means the consumption and process of the purchase of various tourism products, " example: a tourist destination". it is not only considered  as a physical product, but rather as  a moral product that meets certain motivations of  the consumer" tourist ." The research focuses on measuring and dealing with those different attitudes regarding the demand for tourism products and how to affect them positively to obtain good results related to the consumption of these products. Firstly, It reviews  the general features of consumer behavior study in terms of knowledge of characteristics and difficulties, it also reviews the most important ways of identifying, forecasting and measuring the demand. The study concludes that the changing nature of  the modern era  and the development of living standards will have an effect on redoubling the efforts of the officials in the  tourism industry to try to satisfy the consumer and create  the brand loyalty associated with the consumption of tourism services, it also concludes ,through the case studies, that the positive attitudes in dealing with the tourist consumer would leave a good impression which stimulates him to buy the tourist product.
