Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to highlight the extent of the impact of the security disturbances in Ghardaia on the tourism sector and the local economic situation, which caused the stagnation of tourist activity in both domestic and foreign tourism demand and impact on the tourist investment climate and the economic and financial impact through Drawing on accommodation on community budget financing.
  It also aims to reveal the reality of indicators of security and political stability according to international indicators and the tourism investment strategy adopted through the distribution of areas of tourism expansion and tax incentives and financing facilities granted to investment, where we seek to clarify the relative importance and determine the share of tourism projects of the four Sahrawi poles, 2030.
