Is an semi-annual scientific refereed journal, published by the Department of History of the University of Ghardaïa, specializing in historical and archaeological studies and researchs, in order to contribute to the preservation of the historical heritage of humanity in general and national in particular.
The Journal seeks to contribute to the development of research in the fields of history and archaeology, by adhering to the novelty and authenticity of what it publishes, and the obligation to provide scientific additionality in research that it accepts for publication, believing that it is the most important way to achieve greater scientific visibility for the Algerian University.
