ملخص:

تستهدف الدراسة التعرف على جوانب تاريخية من النشاط الحرفي المستهجن والمهن المذمومة في المغرب الأوسط خلال العصر الوسيط، وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في التأريخ لجانب مهم من النشاط الاقتصادي والاجتماعي لبلاد المغرب الأوسط، طيلة الفترة الوسيطة، وذلك بالتركيز على مصادر تأريخية وفقهية مثل كتب النوازل والحسبة .

توصلت الدراسة إلى رصد أهم النشاطات المهنية المذمومة بالمغرب الأوسط، وتبينت موقف السلطة والنخبة العالمة من هذه الممارسات والمهن الخدمية السلبية وطرائق مكافحتها في مجتمع المغرب الأوسط .

Abstract:

The Subject Of The Study Aims To Identify Historical Aspects Of The Reprehensible Craft Activity And Reprehensible Professions In The Central Maghreb During The Middle Era. The Blindness Of The Study Lies In The Historiography Of An Important Aspect Of The Economic And Social History Of The Countries Of The Central Maghreb, Throughout The Intermediate Period, By Focusing On Historical And Conversational Sources Such As The Books Of Al-Nawazil And Al-Hisbah.

We Conclude From The Study To Monitor The Most Reprehensible Professional Activities In Cenral Maghreb, And Clarify The Position Of The Authority And The Scholarly Elite Towards These Negative Service Practices And Professions And The Methods Of Combating Them In The Society Of The Cenral Maghreb.
