Résumé

Abortion without  necessary is a crime , punished from the most of legislations  of  the world, and the subject of  aggressor is an embryo which has been protected by the low ,while the right in life of  the mother and in her carnal’s  security it can’t be protected only within assassination’s and hurt’s texts , but the Algerian legislator and despite that he has  inculpated the aggression on the mother’s life  , and he has intensified the punishment within texts of abortion’s crimes if that follow to mother’s death .
