Abstract

Commercial Arbitration Has Witnessed A Remarkable Development In Recent Times, Especially After The Development Of Technology And The Spread Of The Machine And The Emergence Of Commercial Globalization, Where Several New Contracts Emerged, Which Encouraged The Parties To These Contracts To Arbitrate In Their Disputes.

    The Arbitral Award Is The Basic Procedure In The Process, But Its Implementation Raises Some Difficulties And Requires Certain Conditions For Recognition And Implementation. Therefore, The Study Will Address These Difficulties And Determine The Procedures For Implementing The Arbitration Ruling And Its Conditions.
