Résumé
The Aim Of This Research Paper Is To Highlight The Role And Importance Of Incentives As One Of The Most Important Elements In The Various Contemporary And Advanced Institutions In Our Time. It Also Differs From Material And Moral Advantages, And Has A Direct Impact On The Psychological And Social Aspect Of The Worker. To The Content Of The Tasks That He Wants To Accomplish Or Dissatisfaction With All Of This, This Is Reflected In The Level Of Functionality, And Therefore We Find Significantly Affect The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of The Institution Either Failure Or Access To Success And Development In Front Of Other Institutions, Despite The Rapid Changes In The World As Well As Intense Competition Among Institutions.
