Résumé

The Status Of The International Criminal Court In Order To Distinguish Between The Obligations Of State Parties And Non-Parties To The Status In Court, On Cooperation With The Court Has Counted From The Investigation Phase And Procedure To That Of Enforced The Sanction, For The Accused During The Moment Everything Is Done The Court Is Empowered For Requests The Cooperation To The States Parties To The Regulation That They Are Required To Cooperate With It, Also Stipulates That The Court Should Requests The States Not Parties To Provide Assistance Within The Framework Of Particular Contracts Sign With The Court, As A Result We Question The Extent To Which States Should Cooperate With The Court In International Crime Suppression.
