Abstract

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لتوضيح دور الوقف في تمويل المشاريع الاستثمارية المحلية، من خلال التعرف على مفهوم التمويل الوقفي الذي يعتبر بديلا من بدائل التمويل في ظل إحجام المؤسسات المالية والتقليدية على تقديم الدعم الكافي للمشاريع الاستثمارية. و تتحدد إشكالية الموضوع في أن المشاريع الاستثمارية في بيئتنا الاقتصادية تلاقي مشاكل عديدة، ومنها كيفية الحصول على التمويل لإنجاز تلك المشاريع الاستثمارية.

Abstract

This paper aims is to clarify the role of Waqf in financing local investment projects by identifying the concept of Waqfi finance, which is considered an alternative to financing alternatives, in light of the reluctance of financial and traditional institutions to provide adequate support for investment projects. The subject problem is determined by the fact that investment projects in our economic environment face many problems, including how to obtain funding for the completion of these investment projects.
